Giandomenico Mesto (born May 25, 1982 in Monopoli) is an Italian footballer, currently playing for Genoa of the Italian Serie A.
Mesto has spent the majority of his career at Reggina, until he was loaned out to Udinese during the 2007–08 season.
Mesto appeared in the Italian under-21 national team which won the UEFA European under-21 Championship in 2004, and was a member of the Under-23's Olympic squad which won the bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.[1] Afterwards, he made his first international debut a year later. As of yet he has three caps.
